We started our day making unique name collages. First the children created a background, then the counselors wrote their name in glue and the kids added decorations to the glue. We also played a fun jungle animal matching game and listened to the story “No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed!”. See you Wednesday ready for swim.
Today we enjoyed going to the garden and watering plants. Teacher Lisa helped us start a tile art project and Teacher Tal helped us start a tree painting project.
The Adom class started the morning with fine motor activities. We played puzzles, and worked with pom poms and tweezers. At PE we balanced on the beam and seesaw. Then we rode scooters, played with hula hoops and jumped on the trampoline.
Today we had free play inside the classroom where we built buildings with legos and magnatiles. Then we had a fun circle time with Teacher Renee before lunch.
Today in the Yarok room we explored rocks of various sizes and shapes. We then made a volcano from our playdough, and poured some ingredients inside that caused the volcano to erupt. It was fun to see the eruption again and again. We spoke briefly about rocks that are formed from volcanoes. We painted some rocks and watered our plants.

Today the Tzahov class had fun in the sun on the playground. We also has fun running around with Teacher Mark in PE.
We had such an amazing Monday in the Kahol room! Bubbles were everywhere, and PE was extra fun. Our campers were busy busy dancing too! See you Wednesday, thank you for making Camp Keff so special.
Shalom, Adriana and Crystal
Today we started our morning with a nice walk to the Justice Garden and than we played on the playground by the pool. We made our way back to the classroom and we made Petri dish bug art. We also made glue soup with all the treasure we found at the rose garden.
We started our last week of camp with time on the playground and at the pool. On the play yard we had fun playing soccer, climbing on the play structure, acting like superheroes, and digging in the sandbox. Swim lessons, as always were a lot of fun! We especially liked kicking and splashing!
Shabbat Shalom from the Shachor campers! We made challah and celebrated Shabbat to start our Friday. During yard time we jumped in the bounce house. Back in the classroom we got creative by reusing items and loose parts to create our own art pieces. After lunch, we went to Shabbat Sing to celebrate Shabbat with everyone. Counselor Tahoe made a great dinosaur for the dinosaur song!
