Today we enjoyed baking challah and going in a bounce house outside. We also painted rocks and mixed colored water. We also got to go to Shabbat sing!

Today we made challah with chocolate chips, played on the bouncy house and also started our open ended project with painting wooden blocks. We ended our morning with Teacher Allison at Shabbat sing.

Preschool Yeladim Lavan 7-13

The lavan class had a blast celebrating Shabbat today! We started our day in the jumpy house and then came inside to sing the blessings and eat our challah. After we made challah with chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles. They were a big hit! We finished our morning at Shabbat sing in the courtyard. Shabbat shalom! See you on Monday!

Preschool K’ton ton Yarok 7-13

Today we kneaded our challah dough and played with  Shabbat candles on the table. We practiced  stamping  with ink on our challah bags.We had a great time together celebrating Shabbat by lighting candles,  holding up the wine cup,  as we said the  blessing, and ate challah. We also had a lot of fun celebrating Noah’s birthday. We wish Noah Mazal tov – congratulations! We jumped to our heart’s content in the bouncy house and then celebrated Shabbat sing in the couryard together. Shabbat Shalom!

What a day; we made challah, had a dance party, did a surprise art project, went on the bouncy house and built our own obstacle course! Our friends had a blast at Shabbat sing- they are recognizing the songs from our class Shabbat celebration and we notice more and more engagement every week!

Today at camp we went to the Marine Science Institute, where we learned about so many different kinds of fish! We got to hold some, and got to pet a tiger shark and a bat ray!

Bay Voyage

Today at camp we went kayaking at Jack London square in Oakland! We saw baby ducklings as we paddled all around the marina! When we stopped at a dry dock, we did relay races in our kayaks and had an amazing time on the water!
