On our last day of Shalom session, we went bowling at Bel Mateo Bowl! We also went to the park after, ate lunch, and played games.

Today we went to Bounce A Rama! It was so much fun playing all the games, earning prizes, and jumping all the different bounce houses!

Today we went to the Chabot Space and Science Center! We learned all about astronauts, space, and watched a movie in the Planetarium!

Today we went to Rockin Jump! We got to bounce on trampolines, climbed the rock walls, played dodgeball, and had a blast in the foam pit!

Today we started off our week of field trips at the San Francisco Zoo! We had a blast checking out all the animals, and playing on the giant playground!

Fashion Fun

Today at camp we finished up our projects and finalized our plans and poses for the runway! We did our last dress rehearsal and then showed the whole camp our creations in our fashion show!

B’Yachad – Session 4

Today at camp we had so much fun at our Shabbat fair, where we played games with challah and did Shabbat-themed yoga! We went swimming in the afternoon, and in Science we learned about acids and bases and did experiments with cabbage juice to make things change color based on their acidity!

Video Game Design Level 1 & 2

Today at camp group one put the finishing touches on our games! We finalized both our “dodgeball” and our “brickbreaker” games, and got time at the end to go around and play each others games!

Group two finished making our entire games! We optimized our games and checked them out for glitches! Then we played each others games, competing for high scores, and put them on a thumbdrive to take home!

Video Game Design Level 1 & 2

Today in group one we finished animating our characters and did a test run of our games! After a short break to play gaga outside, we came back and picked out our sound effects for collisions between characters and even added background music to our games!

In group two, we finished programming level 2 and the boss level of our games! We also made portals so that once you beat a level, it takes you on to the next one! We also got to play loads of gaga and basketball out in the sun to take a break from programming for a bit!

Fashion Fun

Today at camp we finished up our tote bags by attaching the handles of the bag and ironing everything! We also played on the playground and planned all the details for our fashion show tomorrow!
