We had a great week!  Today we made challah with raisins and we all went into the bounce house.  We ended the week with Shabbat Sing in the courtyard.  Shabbat Shalom!

Today our campers made fresh challah and celebrated Shabbat in class. We did an earth collage and everybody engaged in fun free exploration! Our outside time was exciting as our friends got to jump on the bouncy house! We closed up with Shabbat sing with the rest of the school! What a fun way to begin the weekend.  We noticed some runny noses/coughs and sneezes this morning and hope our friends get enough sleep and water over the weekend to recover! Please refer to the wellness policy if your child is not feeling well enough to attend Camp.

Today we learned about ways we can help the world by recycling, re-using, walking more, not wasting water, and conserving electricity.  We enjoyed the story “The Snail and the Whale”.  We used loose parts and collage items to make a fish and talked about keeping the oceans, lakes and river clean so the fish can stay healthy. On the play yard we enjoyed playing with Teacher Mark and using some of his PE equipment.

Swim day!  Today we worked on our back floats and kicks.  After swim we played games inside.

Today we had so much fun swimming! We also had fun playing games outside with Teacher Mark during our playground time.

Today was our second time in the pool and the kids did great swimming back and forth with the swim instructors. We also played on the big yard and the kids pretended to paint the fence with water, others played with the water table, and some made sandcastles.

Today we continued our conversation about Shomrei Adamah. We also went into the garden and collected treasures to make nature crowns.

Today we had a blast playing on the soft play structures outside. Then we went to the Justice Garden to water the plants and do yoga.

Today we made 4th of July sparkle star art.  Then we climbed on the soft play structures outside and visited the sensory room.

Today we had an amazing time swimming with all our friends.  We floated on our backs, learned to kick, and had free water play at the end.
