The Adom group started the day with free play (doctor toys, magna tiles, tweezers, and small wooden blocks) before snack. Then we climbed on the play structure and played at the water table. Then we went to the sensory room and danced before lunch.
Today on our first day of session 3 we had free play and used loose items with play dough. Then we did an art project where we decorated our names.
Happy Monday! Today we welcomed both new and returning friends to the third session of camp. We spent time on the play yard building with big wood blocks, splashing in the water table and pretending to go camping. After the play yard, we went swimming!
Today we introduced ourselves to some new friends for session 3. We also learned a little about gravity and had fun watching gravity in action with dropper painting.
Today we explored with beans. We drew a pattern on a piece of paper and placed beans on it. We also used our fine motor skills to pick up the beans. We continued exploring beans by placing them in a small container, adding paint and closing the container.We then shook the closed container and watched how the beans turned purple and gold. In our adama (soil) bin we had fun adding some sand. Lastly, we ended our mornung with P.E with teacher Mark.
Today we welcomed our new campers. We went on a walk to the garden where we watered the plants and talked about happy plants vs not happy plants. We also played on the playground by the pool.
We had a great start to session 3! Everyone in the Lavan class had fun getting into the pool today! They are building their independence and changing in and out of their swim suits so quickly now! They also practiced blowing bubbles in the water and enjoyed free play after instruction.
The Tzahov class had a movin’ and groovin’ day! We played with instruments on the yard then had PE with Teacher Mark.
Monday fun day! We had so much fun exploring the cinnamon and rice bin! Our campers made stencil art, and we also played and ran around in the MPR with teacher Mark. Outside time was fun as we did a lot of bike and car play!
Today the Adom group started the day finishing a wood project before going to the yard. After snack we had PE with Teacher Mark and then we finished our morning with free play.
