Preschool K’ton ton Adom 7-20

We started off our morning making raisin challah.  We celebrated shabbat, the went outside to ride bikes and play at the water table.  We saw a really cool reptile show called “Lick Your Eyeballs”.

Preschool Yeladim Shachor 7-20

Shabbat Shalom Shachor families! Today was an eventful day. We made challah and celebrated Shabbat. On the play yard, we played ball, dug in the sandbox for treasure, splashed in the water table, colored with chalk, and climbed on the play structure. We learned about reptiles during a presentation called “Lick Your Eyeballs”.  After lunch, we joined all our Camp Keff friends for Shabbat Sing.

Bay Voyage

Bay Voyage went on a camping trip to Santa Cruz! We camped out in the Redwoods, went hiking, surfed, and did a ropes course. It was so fun!

 

Parkour & Ninja Warrior

Today at camp, we completed a snake obstacle course, played ball tag, and used our ninja obstacle course! We climbed up loft and 9ft ninja towers using techniques we have learned.

It’s All Experimental

Today at camp, we had a demo with fire. We learned what the word flammable means, and how to properly respond to a fire, how to respect fire, and how it needs oxygen! We also got to make slime!

 

Yomah – Session 2

Today we woke up from our sleepover and had waffles and eggs! We learned about diversity in unit time through an art project. We used different objects in art to see how they could be used to paint. We also had a special guest who brought a bunch of amazing animals! Lastly, we took a dip in the pool.

 

Street Art

Today at camp, we finally put our mural together that we worked so hard on! We also perfected our block lettering techniques.

Today at camp, we built our own LEGO projects using the techniques and skills we learned this week!

Today we did free building activities! Using all of the techniques and skills they learned throughout the week the campers were able to create their own toys!
