Today at camp, we made AAT tanks out of LEGO with gears and electric motors. Then we made light saber spinners with pull back motors!

Flag Football

Today we played a lot of games, testing our coordination with flag pulling. We also practiced our throwing, and worked on our foot work!

We went to the pool today. During swim children have 20 minutes of instruction in small groups then there is 10 minutes to play with fun water toys. In class they really enjoyed playing dinosaurs and we even found a swimming dinosaur. Friday is the last day of session 2, if your child will not be returning for session 3 don’t forget to take home their extra clothing and check their files.

Today we spent time building with friends and the big blue blocks on the play yard. We also played on the bars and the play structure. We also had fun at swim lessons today. Everybody is more comfortable in the water and getting braver too!

Today at camp, we made walking androids and light sabers! It was so cool making lego androids that actually move!

Today we had PE with Teacher Mark where we played games and sang songs.  After we did “fork painting” and made tulips with forks.  We ended the day with free play.

Today we explored the garden at Wornick day school school just across the turf field. The children loved skipping on the stones and touching and smelling the flowers. We had a great time at P.E with Teacher Mark where we enjoyed a good story about a whale and then we played a great game with Teacher Naimah.
