Kindercamp – Session 2

Today at camp we went on a field trip to Happy Hollow! It was so much fun looking at all the animals, and playing on the rides.

 

 

 

Preschool K’ton ton Yarok 7-18

Today we painted our pots. We chose colors as well as made new colors by mixing two other colors together. We played with brown clay, sticks, and pine cones. We went to the garden and watered the plants and vegetables. It was also crazy hair day!

Preschool K’ton ton Adom 7-18

Today in the Adom group enjoyed playing with the doctor toys, the bike area, and the water table on the yard.  After the yard we enjoyed playing in the sensory room with the water beads, the ball pit, and the stacking tubes.

Today in art we used recycled materials to make abstract art! We used started by using masking tape and acrylic paint to create geometric paintings.

Recording Studio with GarageBand

Today campers got a big chance to share their musical talents. They got to record themselves using a professional microphone, and learned how to a bass guitar as well as made their own drum beats.

Yomah – Session 2

Today in Israeli Jewish we took a trip to Jerusalem, we learned all about the Western Wall and wrote notes of what they are thankful for to be placed in the wall. In art today we drew waterfront houses and focused on the houses’ reflections in the water. In addition we also had garden where we learned about local wildlife and listened to the many sounds in the garden.

Today at camp, we learned about gears, and the difference between engines and motors. We got to make a rebel base, and make a robotic walking droid!

Street Art

Today in Street Art, campers continued working on their stencil projects by spray painting their designs on t-shirts!

Recording Studio with GarageBand

Today in the recording studio, campers learned about arrangements! They learned about how to structure their songs, and how to record live instruments.
