Today at camp we had a battleship tournament using the parrot drones! After, we flew parrot drones through obstacle courses and learned new tricks with the sphere drones. We ended the day by putting the finishing touches on our iMovies!
Today at camp we made tie-dye rocks, using coffee filters, markers, and a spray bottle! We made toy spinners out of cardboard, paper, and string in unit time. In Israeli/Jewish studies, we did a mock Army training course and learned about the Israeli Defense Force! We’re so excited for our overnight tonight!\
Today at camp we played with water squirters! We knocked over stacks of cups and even made a watercolor painting! Then we went in the pool!
Today at camp we made superhero heads out of LEGO! We kept practicing our LEGO building techniques!
Today at camp we made kung pao tofu! We started by chopping zucchini and bell pepper. We made a sauce using soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch along with garlic and ginger that we minced ourselves!
Today at camp we finished learning our routine to “Rock Your Body” by the Black Eyed Peas! Then we got to rehearse on the big stage for the first time!
Today at camp we spent our time on a challenge activity! In small groups we had to move a tire from one place to another using any of the techniques we learning this week, like conveyor belts or catapults!
Today was a creative day! We let our imaginations loose as we played on and with the play equipment outside. We explored volcanoes, played house, starred in a basketball game and went sailing. Inside, we built many things with the gears, went shopping, sang in a make believe show, and played dress up. For an art activity, we up cycled some plastic water bottles our very own glittery, shimmery sensory bottles!
Today was our last swim day. We had so much fun blowing bubbles and playing with friends.
Today’s was our last swimming class! It was so much fun! We also finished up all of our art projects in the classroom.
