Today at camp we continued our trip around Israel by going to the Dead Sea and learning about how salt affects buoyancy! We also made our own fossils and went on a scavenger hunt to find fossils! Then we went to the garden to learn about how to care for it and its helpers!
Today at camp we learned about silhouettes, pastels, and watercolors! We also made a group mural!
Today at camp we did relay races and obstacle courses to practice our reflexes! We also learned football throws and basic plays, and played a game of Bulldozers and Builders!
Today at Wizard Academy, we learned about palm reading, as well as birthday month gems and got to make our personal gems to bring home. We got to experience the effect of black light too! The most exciting part of the day was making and eating butter beer!
Today we got to use the skills we learned during the week to build a scorpion! After that we let our imaginations run wild, and built our own motorized contraptions!
Today we started off the day having fun at Shabbat Fair! In science we learned about gravity by making skyscrapers. We also learned about different textures and got to paint with different materials in art class!
Today at camp we made bulldozers, cars with motors, and learned more about different kinds of LEGOs!
Today at camp we went hunting for Griffin eggs, and then made our own! We also made shrinkydink Harry Potter keychains, fortune tellers, and play-do monsters!
Today at camp we had our second swim day of the session, and we had lots of fun splashing around! We made animal safari masks, learned about habitats, studied fossils, and then played soccer in Sports!
Today at camp we played three awesome games of Quidditch! We also made dry-ice potions and wax seals for our Hogwarts envelopes! It was a magical time!
